Sapa

Terms of use

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms cover Sapa: Naija Survival Simulator ("Sapa", "the game"). Joshua Aideloje, an individual developer in Nigeria, publishes the game. "We" means the publisher. "You" means the player. When you play the game, you accept these terms.

Who can play

You must be 16 or older to play Sapa.

Your licence to play

We give you a licence to play the game for your own use. The licence is personal. You cannot sell the game or copy it. You cannot take its code or its text to make another product.

The game is free to play

You can play each path, each event, each ribbon and each weekly challenge of this version with no payment. This version has no ads.

The Odogwu tier

Odogwu is one optional tier. You buy it in the game, through the App Store. In this version, purchases are on iPhone and iPad only. The Android version is free and has no purchase. Odogwu gives three things:

A life with an Odogwu start does not count for the weekly challenge. No purchase gives an advantage in a challenge.

Odogwu gives these three things only. We do not promise that it covers each thing that a later version adds.

The three ways to buy Odogwu

ProductPeriodRenewal
Odogwu Monthly1 monthIt renews each month until you cancel.
Odogwu Yearly1 yearIt renews each year until you cancel.
Odogwu LifetimeNo endYou pay one time. It does not renew.

The game shows the price in your currency before you buy. The price can differ from one country to another. Odogwu has no free trial.

Payment and renewal

How to cancel

You cancel a plan in the settings of your store account, not in the game.

After you cancel, Odogwu stays until the end of the period that you paid for. If you only remove the game, the plan does not stop.

When Odogwu ends

The lives in the three extra save slots stay. You can continue each one. You cannot start a new life in an extra slot.

Refunds

The store gives each refund under its own rules. Ask the App Store for a refund. We cannot give a refund for an App Store purchase. If a purchase did not open Odogwu, use "Restore purchases" on the Odogwu screen, or write to us.

A new device

The game has no account. A purchase belongs to your store account. On a new device, use "Restore purchases" on the Odogwu screen. Your lives do not move to a new device. They stay on the device where you played them.

Fair use

Satire and fiction

Sapa is satire. Each life in it is fiction. Each person, company, party, club, church and mosque in the game is invented. The game is not connected to a government body. It is not connected to a company that a line can bring to mind. The game shows no method for a crime, and it does not advise one.

No warranty

We give the game "as is". We do not promise that it works without a fault. We do not promise that it is always available. This does not remove a right that the law gives you as a buyer.

Limit of liability

We are not liable for a loss that comes from your use of the game, as far as the law of Nigeria allows. This does not remove a right that the law gives you.

Changes to the terms

We can change these terms. We put the new date at the top of this page. If you play after the change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

The law of Nigeria governs these terms.
